Urology Treatments.

ERECTILE DYSFUNCTION

Erectile dysfunction, or impotence, is the inability to achieve a satisfactory erection and can affect up to 50% of the adult population. Currently, there are various solutions depending on its cause.

PEYRONIE´S DISEASE

Peyronie’s disease is a curvature of the penis of unknown cause. Its treatment is usually surgical, with satisfactory results in >95% of cases.

PENILE IMPLANTS

Penile implants or prostheses are considered a definitive medical treatment or device to address erectile dysfunction that does not respond to medical treatments.

MALE INFERTILITY

The male factor is the cause of infertility in 50% of couples, so andrological studies can help us improve fertility.

PROSTATE CANCER

Prostate cancer is the most common malignant tumor among European men. Accurate and early diagnosis is essential to provide the best treatment and optimize the prognosis.

ROBOTIC SURGERY

Robotic surgery for prostate cancer has demonstrated fewer complications, shorter hospital stays, and better outcomes in terms of urinary continence and erectile function postoperatively.

PROSTATE FUSION BIOPSY

It is a revolutionary technique that combines real-time images from MRI with ultrasound images, detecting 50% more prostate cancer than conventional biopsies.

FOCAL THERAPY – PROSTATE CANCER

Focal therapy (HIFU Focal One) is a minimally invasive treatment for Prostate Cancer. It can be performed without admission and has a low rate of subsequent erectile dysfunction.

NO SCALPEL VASECTOMY

Vasectomy is the most effective contraceptive method available. It is painless, with minimal complications, and a faster recovery.

MICRO-TESE

Micro-TESE, or microsurgical testicular sperm extraction, represents an advanced microsurgical technique used to retrieve sperm from the testicles.

VARICOCELECTOMY

The patients with varicocele may experience infertility in up to 50% of cases. Subinguinal microsurgical varicocelectomy is the treatment of choice.

PHIMOSIS

Circumcision has been performed for millennia in a more traditional manner using a scalpel; however, in recent times, less invasive techniques and methods have also been developed.

PREMATURE EJACULATION

Premature ejaculation can affect between 20-30% of men and can be treated with medications and psychosexual therapy.

LACK OF TESTOSTERONE

Lack of desire and erectile dysfunction can be secondary to hypogonadism or testosterone deficiency.
